ALL OTHER SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE AN EXECUTED VENUE CONTRACT, DEPOSIT RECEIPT, VENUE FLOOR PLAN OR PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF SETUP AREA, AND INSPIRATION IMAGES/VIDEOS.
