Planning fees and event design/décor are priced separately.

Your planning fee covers professional planning services, while décor and design pricing is determined by your desired event experience, guest count, venue and overall budget.

Day of Coordinaton

starting at $1800

You planned the celebration. Now it’s time to enjoy it.

 

Our event-day coordination service is designed for clients who have handled most of their planning but want a professional team to step in, organize final details and manage the event.

Services may include:

  • Review of existing vendor contracts and plans

  • Vendor confirmations

  • Timeline creation and management

  • Event layout review

  • Venue walkthrough

  • Setup oversight
