I’m Bria James-Hall, owner and lead designer of Bria’s Balloon Boutique—also affectionately known by many of my clients as “The Balloon Lady.”

What began with a passion for creativity and celebrating life’s special moments has grown into a full-service event company specializing in custom balloon décor, event styling, planning and coordination.

I love taking a simple idea and transforming it into an entire experience. From choosing the perfect design elements to seeing a client’s face when they walk into the finished space, every detail matters.

While balloons will always be a huge part of what we do, Bria’s Balloon Boutique is about creating the complete celebration.

We work with clients on birthdays, weddings, showers, anniversaries, corporate events, grand openings and milestone celebrations throughout Raleigh and surrounding North Carolina communities.

Our goal is simple: understand your vision, elevate it creatively and execute every detail with care.

Bria’s Balloon Boutique is proudly family-run, and I couldn’t do what I do without the support of my husband and assistant, Dashawn Hall.

Together, we work behind the scenes to make sure every installation, design and celebration receives the special touches our clients have come to expect.
